Reflection on Vision Zero Campaign achievements so far

In 2019 we have initiated an HSE Campaign called “Vision Zero” that consists of topics that we believe relate directly to the key issues that are affecting our employees and the wider industry and focus on safeguarding live through graphical representation in a form of posters, alerts, lessons learned and other supportive material. Our campaign’s aim is to drive long-term and continual improvements in our HSE culture and performance.

First dispatch on February 2019 was focused on “Who is waiting for me?”

Second dispatch on May 2019 focused on Respect and personal awareness:

  • Why not ask?
  • Are you forgetting something?

Third dispatch on July 2019 focused near miss reporting with the following material:

  • Report all near-misses
  • NMs desk pads / Place mats

Third dispatch on August/September 2019 focused on with the following:

  • Excellence
  • About Vision Zero

Forth dispatch on November 2019 focused on with the following:

  • Job Proud
  • Emergency Preparedness

Fifth dispatch on January 2020 focused on with the following:

  • Feel free to ask me  (Poster replaces the previous "Why not Ask" circulated to the fleet in 2019 and the new one will be displayed on each cabin. Prior posters (Why not Ask)  posted in the messrooms should be removed).
  • Accidents affect your loved ones.
  • Hard Hats stickers - Vision Zero * Everything Starts With Safety *
