Back in April 2020 we announced the launching of our inhouse intranet portal; Joinship. Today it’s with a great pleasure to announce you that we have achieved another milestone of a new era in training provided in to our staff onboard and ashore; the launching of our in-house developed Learning Management System [LMS]. The new LMS has been develped by by IQ Solutions based on our consultation and vision on what this new tool should facilitate.
Currently the system will facilitate training courses and material for seafarers while ashore and office staff. Early next year the system will be installed onboard the vessels for seafarers’ access while onboard for personal training but also for trainers to facilitate group sessions.
