Our company has initiated a project to map the current level of its Safety Culture, for both personnel ashore and on-board.
For the study we would like you to provide your professional opinion regarding the company and its operation, in relation to safety. The study will be conducted in two parts, first with questionnaires followed by informal interviews that will be conducted in due course. Today we release the first part which will be provided to all of you by your ship's Captain.
Rest assured that any information you provide in this questionnaire will remain ANONYMOUS and will NOT be used for your assessment as they will be handled exclusively by expert members of VENLYS in the context of this study. Therefore completed questionnaires will be directly emailed to VENLYS by your ship's Captain.
