During our recent office TMSA audit we received 3 best practices:

1. Company has set up excellent control on UKC policy with procedures and user friendly control forms.
2. Near misses are analysed to ensure nearmiss reporting by all ranks and personnel, number of nearmisses reported per rank data recorded and reported during Management review.
3. Hempel Hemaguard X7 Silicon & CMP Silicon Bioclean plus paints applied on managed fleet during recent D/Ds to reduce fuel consumptions in effect reducing air emissions.
